reg 21 Amendment of regulation 27 (delegation of enforcement powers)
(1) Regulation 27 is amended as follows. (2) In paragraph (1)— (a) after “following powers” insert “and functions”; (b) after sub-paragraph (b) insert— (ba) the inspection functions under regulation 23A;
