reg 6 Amendment of regulation 5 (existing and prohibited practices)
(1) Regulation 5 is amended as follows. (2) In paragraph (1)(a) for “13th May 2000” substitute “6th February 2018 without breaching any requirement not to carry out a practice in that class or type until that class or type had been found to be justified”.
