In regulation 7— (a) in the heading, after “applications” insert “: large combustion installations”; (b) in paragraphs (1), after “permit” insert “for the operation of a large combustion installation”; (c) in paragraph (2)— (i) after “permit” insert “for the operation of a large combustion installation”; (ii) for “offshore combustion installation” substitute “large combustion installation”; (d) in the first place it occurs in paragraph (3), for “offshore combustion installation” substitute “large combustion installation”; (e) in paragraph (3)(g)(i), for “offshore combustion installation” substitute “combustion plant”.
