In regulation 9— (a) in the heading, after “permits” insert “: large combustion installations”; (b) in paragraph (1) (i) in sub-paragraph (a), after “permit” insert “that relates to a large combustion installation”; (ii) in sub-paragraph (b), after “conditions” insert “regarding a large combustion installation”; (c) in paragraph (2), in each place where it occurs, for “offshore combustion installation” substitute “large combustion installation”; (d) omit paragraph (3).
