In regulation 13— (a) in the heading, after “permits” insert “: large combustion installations”; (b) in paragraph (1), after “permit” insert “that relates to the operation of a large combustion installation”; (c) in paragraph (2), in the first place where it occurs, after “permit” insert “that relates to the operation of a large combustion installation”; (d) in paragraph (4)(a) for “offshore combustion installations” substitute “large combustion installations”; (e) in each place where it occurs, for “offshore combustion installation” substitute “large combustion installation”.
