reg 32 Amendment of regulation 23 (information notices and reporting)
In regulation 23— (a) in paragraph (1)(b), after “the 2010 Directive” insert “and the MCPD”; (b) after paragraph (3), insert— (4) Where a member of the public requests access to data and information listed in regulation 9A(2)(e) and (f), the Secretary of State must make a request for that data or information.
