In regulation 27— (a) in the heading, after “programmes” insert “: large combustion installations”; (b) in paragraph (1) for “an offshore combustion installation” substitute “a large combustion installation”; (c) in paragraph (2)(c), for “offshore combustion installations” substitute “large combustion installations”.
