In regulation 28— (a) in the heading, after “inspections” insert “: large combustion installations”; (b) in paragraphs (1), (2) and (5), for “offshore combustion installations” substitute “large combustion installations”; (c) in paragraph (3) for “an offshore combustion installation” substitute “a large combustion installation”; (d) in paragraph (4), in both places where it occurs, for “the offshore combustion installation” substitute “the large combustion installation”.
