reg 37 Amendment of regulation 33 (appeals)
In regulation 33(1)— (a) in sub-paragraph (a) after “applications” insert “for permits of large combustion installations”; (b) after sub-paragraph (a), insert— (aa) regulation 8A (granting and refusal of applications for permits for medium combustion plant); (c) in sub-paragraph (b), for “offshore combustion installations” substitute “large combustion installations”; (d) after sub-paragraph (b), insert— (ba) regulation 12B(3) (variation of operation of medium combustion plant); (e) in sub-paragraph (c) before “permits” insert “large combustion installation”.
