reg 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Nuclear Reactors (Environmental Impact Assessment for Decommissioning) (Amendment) Regulations 2018. (2) These Regulations come into force on 6th August 2018. (3) In these Regulations, “the NREIAR 1999” means the Nuclear Reactors (Environmental Impact Assessment for Decommissioning) Regulations 1999 .
