reg 15 Amendments to regulation 15

(1) Regulation 15 (recovery of expenses by the ONR) is amended as followed. (2) In paragraph (1) for “1974 Act” substitute “HSWA 1974”. (3) In paragraph (2), in the words before sub-paragraph (a) for “5” substitute “6”.
