reg 22 Transitional provisions
These Regulations do not apply in respect of— (a) a project, where the licensee provided an environmental statement in respect of the project under regulation 5(1) of the NREIAR 1999 before 6th August 2018; (b) a project, where the licensee requested an opinion about the content of the environmental statement in respect of the project under regulation 6(1) of the NREIAR 1999 before 6th August 2018; and (c) a determination of whether a project is to be made subject to an environmental impact assessment under regulation 13 of the NREIAR 1999, where the licensee applied for the determination in respect of the project under regulation 13(1) before 6th August 2018.
