(1) Regulation 4 (consent for dismantling or decommissioning) is amended as follows. (2) Regulation 4 is renumbered as paragraph (1) of that regulation. (3) After paragraph (1) (as renumbered) insert— (2) The ONR may require the licensee to provide the application in an electronic form.
