After regulation 4 insert— Coordination with other assessments (4A) (1) This regulation applies where an environmental impact assessment and an assessment under regulation 24 or 63 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 are required in respect of the same project. (2) The ONR must, where appropriate, ensure that the environmental impact assessment and the other assessment or assessments are coordinated.
