(1) This Order applies in relation to— (a) the operation of aircraft by an operator who— (i) is established in the United Kingdom; or (ii) whose principal place of business is in the United Kingdom; (b) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
