reg 22 Compliance notices
(1) If an officer is satisfied that a person is not complying with one or more of the requirements in these Regulations or the Commission Implementing Regulation, the officer may give the person a notice requiring the person to remedy the non-compliance. (2) A notice under paragraph (1) must— (a) state that the officer is satisfied that there is or has been a contravention of the requirements in these Regulations or the Commission Implementing Regulation, (b) specify the requirements that are or have been contravened, (c) give reasons in support of the statement referred to in sub-paragraph (a), and (d) specify the period within which the person is required to remedy the non-compliance.
