reg 10 Packages involved in a radiation emergency
A package which has been involved in a radiation emergency must not be carried or caused to be carried, unless— (a) the consignor or the consignor’s agent has examined the package; and (b) the consignor has issued a certificate indicating that the consignor is satisfied the package complies with the requirements of these Regulations.
