In section 362(1) (interpretation of Part 3) — (a) in the definition of “assistance for disabled people”, for “means” substitute “includes, in particular,”; (b) in the definition of “television broadcasting service”, after “subsection (4)) a service” insert “(or a dissociable section of a service)”.
