In section 368BA (advance notification to appropriate regulatory authority) , after subsection (3) insert— (4) In this section, “significant differences” includes any change that may affect the determination of jurisdiction in accordance with paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Article 2 of the Audiovisual Media Services Directive.
