In section 368G (sponsorship) — (a) for subsection (1A) substitute— (1A) An on-demand programme service or a programme included in an on-demand programme service must not be sponsored— (a) for the purpose of promoting electronic cigarettes or electronic cigarette refill containers, or (b) by an undertaking whose principal activity is the manufacture or sale of electronic cigarettes or electronic cigarette refill containers. (b) in subsection (11)— (i) in paragraph (e), after “physical” insert “, mental”; (ii) after paragraph (e) insert— (ea) directly exhort such persons to purchase or rent goods or services in a manner which exploits their inexperience or credulity;
