reg 53 Quota for European Works
(1) This regulation applies where a person is providing an on-demand programme service immediately before 1st November 2020. (2) The person is to be taken to comply with the requirement of section 368CB(1) of the Communications Act 2003 in relation to the year 2020 if the person complies with that requirement in relation to November and December 2020.
