(1) Section 48A (domestic consultation for section 45 conditions) is amended as follows. (2) After subsection (2) insert— (2A) This section also does not apply to the proposed setting, modification or revocation of a social tariff condition. (3) In subsection (4), for “one month” substitute “ 30 days ” .
