(1) Section 73 (permitted subject-matter of access-related conditions) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2), after paragraph (b) insert— (bza) the bringing into operation, where OFCOM consider it appropriate, of very high capacity networks; (3) Before subsection (5) insert— (4A) Access-related conditions may include conditions permitted by section 74A.
