(1) Section 100A (suspending service provision for breach of SMP services condition) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)(a), after “91” insert “ or of commitments that are made binding by a commitments decision ” . (3) In subsection (3)(a), after “condition” insert “ or commitment ” .
