(1) Section 104 (civil liability for breach of conditions or confirmation decision) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)— (a) after paragraph (a) insert— (aa) the person's commitments that are made binding by a commitments decision, (b) after “a contravention of the condition” insert “ , commitment ” . (3) In subsection (3), after “condition” insert “ , commitment ” . (4) In subsection (4), after “subsection (1)(a)” insert “ or (aa) ” .
