In section 405 (general interpretation), in subsection (1)— (a) after the definition of “distribute” insert— “ the EECC Directive ” means Directive (EU) 2018/1972 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 establishing the European Electronic Communications Code; (b) after the definition of “TV licence” insert— “ very high capacity network ” has the meaning given by section 4(12A);
