In section 51 (matters to which general conditions may relate), in subsection (2), for paragraph (b) substitute— (b) provide protection for such end-users that is the same as, or similar to, any protection that was, immediately before IP completion day, required by Title 3 of Part 3 of the EECC Directive (end-user rights);
