In regulation 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1)— (1) omit the “and” at the end of the definition of “plans and programmes”; and (2) in the appropriate places, insert— “coronavirus” means severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2); “public website” means a website accessible to the public where the public can view and download information placed upon it;
