s 11 Section 78H (restrictions and prohibitions on serving remediation notices)
Section 78H (restrictions and prohibitions on serving remediation notices) has effect with the following modifications— (a) in subsection (4) omit “, or serious pollution of controlled waters,”; and (b) in paragraph (c) of subsection (5), after “the authority itself” insert “or the Secretary of State by virtue of section 78F(1A)”.
