s 19 Modification of the Contaminated Land (Wales) Regulations 2006
The Contaminated Land (Wales) Regulations 2006 apply with the modification that in regulation 7, after paragraph (1)(n) there is inserted— (na) that the enforcing authority itself has power, in a case falling within section 78N(3)(g), to do what is appropriate by way of remediation;
