s 1 Title, commencement and application
(1) The title of these Regulations is the Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (Wales) Regulations 2009. They come into force on 6 May 2009. (2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales and the areas specified in regulation 6.
