Sch 2 para 7 Dangerous substances, plant protection products and biocidal products

Manufacture, use, storage, processing, filling, release into the environment and onsite transport of— (a) dangerous substances as defined in Article 2(2) of Council Directive 67/548/EEC on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances ; (b) dangerous preparations as defined in Article 2(2) of Directive 1999/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous preparations ; (ba) hazardous substances as defined in Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures; (c) plant protection products which has the same meaning as in Article 2(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and repealing Council Directives 79/117/ EEC and 91/414/ EEC ; and (d) biocidal products as defined in Article 2(1)(a) of Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market or as defined in Article 3(1)(a) of Regulation No. 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products .
