Sch 6 para 3 Period for making an application
An application for compensation must be made before the expiry of a period of 12 months beginning with— (a) the date of the grant of the rights in respect of which compensation is claimed, or (b) where there is an appeal against the notice in relation to which those rights were granted, the date on which the appeal is determined or withdrawn, whichever is the later date.
