Sch 6 para 7 Determination of disputes
(1) Any question of disputed compensation must be referred to and determined by the Lands Tribunal. (2) In relation to the determination of any such question of compensation the provisions of sections 2 and 4 of the Land Compensation Act 1961 (procedure on references to the Lands Tribunal and costs) shall apply as if— (a) the reference in section 2 of the Land Compensation Act 1961 to section 1 of that Act were a reference to sub-paragraph (1) of this paragraph; and (b) references in section 4 of that Act to the acquiring authority were references to the person to whom the rights were granted.
