s 21 Interpretation of TCPA for the purposes of this Part
(1) This regulation applies for the purposes of the interpretation of the TCPA in its application, by virtue of this Part, to hazardous substances contravention notices. (2) Where a section of the TCPA refers to another section of the TCPA modified by these Regulations, the reference is to be read as a reference to the section as modified.
