s 1 Title, commencement and interpretation
(1) The title of this Order is the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2019. (2) This Order comes into force on 1 April 2019. (3) In this Order, references to— (a) Schedule 2 are references to Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 ; and (b) a numbered Part are references to that Part of Schedule 2.
