Übertragung von Hypothek und Forderung
§ 1153
(1) Mit der Übertragung der Forderung geht die Hypothek auf den neuen Gläubiger über. (2) Die Forderung kann nicht ohne die Hypothek, die Hypothek kann nicht ohne die Forderung übertragen werden.
