Council Regulation (EEC) No 836/76 of 6 April 1976 derogating from Regulation (EEC) No 2750/75 in respect of mobilization procedures for cereals and rice to be supplied to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees as food aid for the sections of the population affected by the events in Cyprus

Article 1

By way of derogation from Article 4 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 2750/75, a procedure other than a tendering procedure may be used for the supply fob (or at a corresponding stage) of cereals and rice to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees as food aid for the sections of the population affected by the events in Cyprus.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
