Article 1

The Kingdom of Belgium may not implement its plan for aid to anti-pollution investment at a refinery in Antwerp unless the interest relief grant is on a sum of not more than Bfrs 460 million.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of Belgium.
