88/198/EEC: Commission Decision of 18 February 1988 approving the plan relating to the examination for hormone residues submitted by the Federal Republic of Germany (Only the German text is authentic)

Article 1

The plan relating to the examination for residues of the substances referred to in Annex I (A), Groups I and II to Directive 86/469/EEC submitted by the Federal Republic of Germany is hereby approved.

Article 2

The Federal Republic of Germany shall adopt the necessary laws, regulations and adminsitrative provisions for the implementation of the plan referred to in Article 1.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Federal Republic of Germany.
