Article 1

The validity of Regulation (EEC) No 4279/88 is hereby extended for an indefinite period of time.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

It shall apply as from 1 January 1992. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
