1999/257/EC: Council Decision of 29 March 1999 concerning the conclusion of the Convention on the International Commission for the Protection of the Oder

Article 1

The Convention on the International Commission for the Protection of the Oder is hereby approved on behalf of the Community.

The text of the Convention is attached to this Decision.

Article 2

The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person or persons empowered to deposit the instrument of approval with the General Secretariat of the Council in accordance with Article 18(2) of the Convention.
