Commission Regulation (EC) No 1766/1999 of 10 August 1999 amending Regulation (EC) No 1232/1999 increasing to 400 171 tonnes the quantity of wheat of breadmaking quality held by the German intervention agency for which a standing invitation to tender for export has been opened

Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 1232/1999 is hereby amended as follows:

1. Article 2 is replaced by the following: "Article 2

1. The invitation to tender shall cover a maximum of 400171 tonnes of wheat of breadmaking quality to be exported to all third countries.

2. The regions in which the 400171 tonnes of wheat of breadmaking quality are stored are stated in Annex I to this Regulation."

2. Annex I is replaced by the Annex hereto.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
