2000/16/EC: Council Decision of 2 December 1999 concluding the Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Community and the Government of the People's Republic of China

Article 1

The Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Community and the Government of the People's Republic of China is hereby approved on behalf of the Community.

The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.

Article 2

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Agreement, the President of the Council shall give the notification that the procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Agreement have been completed on the part of the Community(3).
