Article 1

In Article 18 of Regulation (EC) No 382/2005, paragraph 3 is replaced by the following:

‘3.   By way of derogation from paragraph 1, no aid applications for a marketing year may be submitted after 30 April following the end of the marketing year in question, except in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.’

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
