Article 1

The following point is added to Article 3(1) of Regulation (EU) No 269/2014:

‘(e)

natural or legal persons, entities or bodies conducting transactions with the separatist groups in the Donbass region of Ukraine.’

This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
