Article 1 Amendment to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1229

Article 42 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1229 is replaced by the following:

‘Article 42

Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 2021.’

Article 2 Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
