Intermediate bodies

Article 38

1. Where one or more of the tasks of a managing authority or certifying authority are performed by an intermediate body, the relevant arrangements shall be formally recorded in writing. 2. The provisions of this Regulation concerning the managing authority and certifying authority shall apply to the intermediate body.
