Article 65
1. The decision of the competent authority, including at least a copy of the permit, and any subsequent updates, shall be made available to the public. The general binding rules applicable for installations and the list of installations subject to permitting and registration shall be made available to the public. 2. The results of the monitoring of emissions as required under Article 60 and held by the competent authority shall be made available to the public. 3. Paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article shall apply, subject to the restrictions laid down in Article 4(1) and (2) of Directive 2003/4/EC.
