ANNEX III Templates for the manufacturer’s certificates providing proof of compliance to the type-approval authority on access to vehicle on-board diagnostics (OBD) and to vehicle repair and maintenance information 1. The vehicle manufacturer shall provide, in accordance with Article 57(8) of Regulation (EU) No 168/2013 the certificates providing proof of compliance to the type-approval authority on access to vehicle OBD and vehicle repair and maintenance information which shall take the form set out in points 2. and 3. 1.1.
